In case of any grievances the constituents can come to us either directly or through exchange.

In this hierarchy if helpdesk people are unable to solve the issues, then they can report to Compliance Officer and if Compliance Officer cannot solve, he can escalate the issue to the Partners.

Compliance officer maintain records of all complaints and its redressal actions and if needed then he maintain separate file for each complaints.

In case any grievance comes to us through Exchange and found genuine, then grievance is addressed at the earliest and the same is informed to the constituent and exchange immediately. If a grievance is found to be false, then also the same is informed to the constituent and exchange accordingly.
